Hive

In November 2015, we fell in love with the eight songs that make up Hive, and therefore The Naturals (Bristol, UK). These funny birds nestled at Howling Owl Records are surely one of the most exciting bands in the UK, proof with this album that is the culmination of 11 years of work. We have therefore carefully prepared, and in collaboration with their parent label, a limited edition of 30 silk-screened vinyls for the occasion. This silkscreen is a cover of the clippings that tried to describe the sound of Hive, with a journalistic language inappropriate to speak about a unique blend of all the thriving scenes of Bristol: techno, drum and bass, trip hop, dub, rock. We use these unwonted forms of text to speak about a substance that we ourselves will have difficulty to describe, and we sign it.
