Away

Away is the first format of Boca River, where the formation explores music that is both soft and charged. Pop and gravity are the two illustration themes of this mini LP, the archive image used is an atomic mushroom interpreted childishly. To ironize this violence and this lightness, Pop Art imagery serves the purpose with bright colors, contrasts of mass and color, an important print dithering and a massive typography, or an obi mentioning press clippings and a numbering of 1 / 300 on all prints.

The video accompanying the release of the track Two Miles Away (directed by Adrian Durazo and Ricardo Silva) features a group of teenagers playing creatively and freely in a Mexican desert.
